For maximum strength, layers are produced in both 0° and 90° directions, so our tubes have very high strength in addition to the classic modern and aesthetic appearance of carbon fiber. Our awnings, specially produced from 100% Carbon Fiber Prepreg for the marine sector, are cured at 120°C.

The quantity should be determined according to the place of use and the need. Lower, upper connection elements, tensioning elements, and awning fabric are not included in the price, only consisting of carbon fiber tubes. Flanges are designed in different structures and models to distribute the load to the deck surface. However, for longer poles, various connection elements can be considered.

The system, which can be assembled in a short time like 15 minutes if needed, offers the convenience of expanding the usage area by being collected when not needed. In production with carbon fiber Prepreg, the method of production with High Pressure and Molded production ensures that the fiber-to-resin ratio can be continuously controlled, and the bonding and gaps between the fibers in the tubes produced are kept to a minimum.
