-
Marine Industry: Utilized in marine vessels, sailing boats, yacht masts, and underwater vehicles for their resistance to seawater and lightweight properties
-
Sports Equipment: Found in bicycle frames, golf clubs, fishing rods, tennis rackets, and kayak paddles, offering athletes lightweight and durable gear
-
Construction Materials: Applied in construction for concrete reinforcement and strengthening applications
-
Military Applications: Utilized in military equipment like armor plates, helicopter rotors, aircraft components, and weapon systems for enhanced performance due to their lightweight and high durability
Carbon Fiber Tube Production:
- Our carbon fiber tubes are manufactured using 100% carbon fiber epoxy prepreg.
- Prepreg layers are adjusted for optimal alignment at 0° and 90° directions.
- After the curing process, tubes undergo calibration procedures for precise measurements.
- The glass transition temperature (TG) of our carbon fiber tubes is 120°C.
To achieve a glossy appearance, the tubes' surfaces can be coated with UV-resistant varnish, preventing sun exposure and seawater corrosion
